In the area where my friend lives in Malmö, they've recently had issues with homeless addicts that use their buildings as a spot to take the drugs, and sometimes they leave stuff behind, which is dangerous, especially for the children and animals living there.
What can be done about it? Is there any place that can be contacted, that can actually help with the addictions and the homelessness?
So far, they've tried removing them, either themselves or involving the police, which just moves "the problem" to a different location... Is there any real way of helping people that are homeless and especially addicted in Malmö??
