Between which dates of the month I can apply for financial assistance?

My social worker said that if I want to apply for financial assistance it must be done between:
the 1st to 5th of each month.
But I usually gets my invoices later.
for example the home rent invoice is coming between 12th to 15th of each month and I don't have them on the time when I apply so I can't attach any invoice with my application.

Thank you for your question.

You can aply for financial assistance anytime that you want. But usually the social services want you to aply before a certain date for them to be ably to process your aplication, and if your aplication is granted, to pay out the money before month end.

As you say you can´t attach your invoice if you don´t have it, but if you have a contract for your lease you can attach this to your aplication to show how much your rent is.

We suggest that you talk to your caseworker about not beeing able to attach your invoices and how to go about this.
